valheim.x86_64 file not found

What happened?

I use r2modman to run my modded valheim, after I press "start modded", it opens valheim without mods.
When I tried to manually run the start_game_bepinex.sh script, I got the following error:
./start_game_bepinex.sh: line 87: /c/Users/Mike/AppData/Roaming/r2modmanPlus-local/Valheim/profiles/Default/valheim.x86_64: No such file or directory

Where is the valheim.x86_64 file supposed to come from?
