Not able to change IR_SEND_PIN on Nano 33 BLE

This test program works on an Arduino UNO R3 but doesn't work on Nano 33 BLE:

I'm able to get IR Sending working on a Nano 33 BLE when using the #include "PinDefinitionsAndMore.h" and starting the IR Sending with IrSender.begin(IR_SEND_PIN); This sends IR via Pin 4.

However in my project I need to send IR commands via Pin 7.

Works on the UNO just not the Nano.
