[Bug]: pydenscerf is not working

Issue

I deleted all the files on my computer and reinstalled the manga-image-translator, but I encountered an issue where it said "pydensecrf does not exist." I tried installing it using pip install https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#_pydensecrf, but this command and website did not work. Now, I am resolve this issue using Poetry. but we need to do something like change readme for new users.
