I can't read the Jsonl file with my twitter data

I tried multiple times to open the Jsonl file with my twitter data but it seems not to work even though I believe that the procedure is correct. I will attach a screenshot

Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

This WeeklyChallenges.ipynb notebook is something else, not related to this repository, so it's impossible to say why exactly the dataframe will not load. Incidentally, for general purpose processing tweet data into a dataframe, check out https://github.com/DocNow/twarc-csv
