How to post a form submission with FormData in the body (Form Builder plugin)

Hi folks! I've managed to add a upload field in my form but now I can't find a way to create a submission via a POST request. Here is what I've tried so far

const formData = new FormData()
          formData.append('form', formID)
          const req = await fetch(`${process.env.NEXT_PUBLIC_PAYLOAD_URL}/api/form-submissions`, {
            method: 'POST',
            body: formData,
          })

The server returns status code 500 and the console's logs were not so helpful
And btw, is it possible to create form submission in admin ui?
