Description

When editing existing compose files (and creating new ones) an empty networks section is always added at the bottom.

...
networks: {}

For compose files that do not use the function this is unneeded.

👟 Reproduction steps

  1. Create a compose file
  2. Remove the networks: {} line
  3. Save
  4. Click edit
  5. The networks: {} line is added

👀 Expected behavior

The networks: {} line should not be added

😓 Actual Behavior

The networks: {} line is added
