Ubuntu LTS docker upgrade means that localhost defaults to IPv6.

http://localhost:8080 gives nothing for IPv6. If IPv6 is not supported, http://127.0.0.1:8080 should be used instead.

Add

command: "libreddit -a [::]"

to your compose and it will listen on both.

Thanks! this fixed my issue. If someone else runs across this post or is looking for a solution...

Traefik was not recognizing my labels b/c the container was unhealthy. I could reach it directly by IP:port but couldn't get the reverse proxy to work. Reverse proxy had worked before, but stopped working after a system OS update.
