## Describe the feature you would like to be implemented
Pre-configurable filter list similar to LIBREDDIT_DEFAULT_SUBSCRIPTIONS in docker-compose.

## Additional context / screenshot
I think it would make a lot of sense to be able to fill this list with some defaults.
The syntax could even be the same:

LIBREDDIT_DEFAULT_FILTEREDSUBS = sub1+sub2+sub3+...
