The SCOUT_QUEUE configuration option when set to true improves overall app performance in high load settings.
Currently when you enable SCOUT_QUEUE to instruct scout to use a background worker to update the search index, everything just falls apart. For unknown reasons the model updates are not getting sent over to typesense and the indexes there remain empty.
