Investigate Options for Web Viewer

Goal

The goal of this issue is to keep track of possible options for creating a web view for the images in the repo.

The requirements for any potential setup are a follows

1. Able to view all images in the repo individually and categorized by folder
2. Generates something that I can host on GH Pages because I'm not spending money on hosting this
3. Can read meta-data about each image (stuff like the name of the girl and what media property shes from)
4. Easy to implement image tagging and search based on aforementioned meta-data
