Are the originally saved comments distinguished when comment context is enabled?

I'm not seeing a way to distinguish an originally saved comment from the rest of the comments if comment context is enabled? I can kind of work around this issue by doing a run with context and without context and using the contextless comment keys to find the relevant comments in the full contexts but that's really unwieldy
