[RFQ] purchase_propagate_qty usefull for V15+

Hi all.

I currently using purchase_propagate_qty in V12, and planned to migrate in V16.
i have the module purchase_propagate_qty installed and the module is not ported. (last version 14.0)

I tested the standard behaviour in V16 and I'm not sure to understand how it works when reducing quantity on purchase order line :

• sometime, it updates the quantity in the stock.picking
• sometime, it creates a backorder stock.picking

do you think it's usefull to migrate this module, or we can consider the "core" purchase_stock module does the job ?
