Deactivating Receipt Confirmation

Is your feature request related to a problem?
When receiving products, the vendor gets an email notification about the goods reception.

I would like to deactivate this function or is that already possible somewhere? Most of our vendors, esp. webshops do not understand the issues and open tickets for it, thinking it is some kind of request or ordering.
