Describe the bug

The pending approvals are not showing under the reviews notification until the webpage is refreshed.

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 16.0

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Tier Definition setting as reviewer the user X.
2. Create a PO with the user Y and start the approval process.
3. Check the screen of the user X.

Expected behavior
A notification in the reviews of the user X, saying that has a pending approval.
