Emoji showing undefined-alt image #191

Problem:
Emojis are showing the undefined image beside them but only in topics, posts and the composer.

Solutions Tried:

Reinstalled emoji plugin + rebuilt assets + rebuilt NodeBB
Reinstalled Quill + rebuilt NodeBB
Cleared browser cache

Undefined showing here:

But not here (category navigation and/or widgets):

Additional Context:

Markdown disabled
Default composer disabled
URL issue is fixed
Clearing browser cache did not help
Using emoji packs: Apple & FA
Browser: Opera GX

Versions:

NodeBB v1.17.0
Node v14.6.0
npm v6.14.6

Hey @PhotoshopLOL -- can you let me know your composer-quill version? Might be it's not compatible with v1.17.0 🤔

Can you try either one of:

Latest NodeBB master commit
composer-quill v2.1.x

... and report back as to whether that fixes temporarily?
