Describe the feature

It would be nice to have "less invasive" aka ReTicker heads-up notifications in Iconify.

Why would it be useful to add?

ReTicker is more compact imlementation of heads-up notifications.

Implemented in crDroid, Alphadroid, Rising OS,Spark OS and Bananadroid
