Currently there is no way to disable the wallpaper zoom effect on the lockscreen that artificially zooms your wallpaper in, so the system can zoom it out when the quicksettings shade is pulled down.
Why would it be useful to add?
This feature would be useful to add as it would actually allow the user to set their lockscreen wallpaper the way they would like.

As you can see the lockscreen image is zoomed out when the quicksettings page is pulled down. The black bars around the image are what I have currently been using to midigate the issue, however it isn't ideal.
