[FEATURE] Blurred heads-up notifications background/Notifications semi-transparent

Describe the feature

The heads-up notifications is solid or transparent (semi-transparent) right now, however it's so boring not following fluid theme. If heads-up notifications background could be changed to Blurred it will be awesome.

Why would it be useful to add?

Default heads-up notifications background is solid and not transparent, also when you use custom style notifications in iconify you don't have Blurred one.
If you select fluid theme and toggle on blur settings in both iconify and system settings you just have blurry notifications in notifications drawer not heads-up notifications!

It will be more beautiful and readable if we have Blurred heads-up also.
Hope to add this useful feature to your beautiful app.

Stuff like this has been discussed a few times on the Telegram, and the TLDR from the developer is that this is extremely tricky to implement.
