Make readme more newcomer friendly #6

I think the readme can be structured more newcomer friendly as it's basically the "landing page" for Eruditus.

I'm mainly thinking about adding a "How to get started with Eruditus" or "How to use the Eruditus framework" section as well as improving some of the wording.
