If you are seeing "page not found" error, then it's caused by reddit.

It's when I try to login. So your app cannot login into reddit.

Same here. I reinstalled after a factory reset, and now I can't login anymore even after restoring the app settings

I get an error saying i need to "find a match for the requested format" (this message is in Danish but .. ive attempted to translate it)

However. I can log in just fine on reddits webpage in the browser.

Guys (@Hund and @MikkelHauge), instead of (or in addition to) posting that you also have this problem, please add a reaction (e.g. click on the thumbs-up to add one), this is much easier for the developer to see how popular an issue is, rather than counting all messages one by one.

I have the same error as MikkelHauge but in English. It says "Please match the format requested" when you hit the login button. I too do not have 2FA enabled but have the warning at the top

I have just downloaded the app so have never logged in

FYI enabling 2FA and following the suggested pattern does not work either. Same error message

It is working for me now. This may have been a Reddit bug, not a problem from here.

Still not working for me. Same error

I noticed another reddit app is paid based on API calls. I wonder if it's possible I hit the API call limit with infinity, and I'm unsure of when it resets to if that was the issue. Apparently "marked as read" has causes a lot of API hits.

I can't log it in too.
This is what i got.

There was an error trying to connect with your reddit account
You got here because a third-party application wanted to authorize connecting with your reddit account. However an unknown error occurred, please see details below. Please try refreshing the page or coming back later.

Error: Invalid request to Oauth API

@Docile-Alligator Does this Problem also happen in the Infinity for Reddit + App?

And i did some tests, Dawn for Reddit has exactly the same problem.

You just need to manually type in your username and password and not use autofill.

@0verEngineer I guess so. But I am not able to reproduce it. I reckon it's either Android's WebView (or the autofill service) or Reddit website's issue.

@Docile-Alligator Thanks for the manual filling tip, works normally.

So I typed in the password and it gets further, however I'm not getting an invalid request to oauth API error
