The search results do not have the latest results, they are all search results from several years ago, and there is no filtering time entry

I used to search GitHub Code and once the results came back, I would filter by "Recently Updated" to see current results. Unfortunately, the new search no longer includes the ability to filter search results for code so I end up looking through search results that are years old. Can this be fixed?

Please give us the option to use the old version, this is disturbing a lot, the user can have the option of which of the two models to use.

The new search is terrible. Please bring the old search back or a way to switch to it :(

These latest changes/updates are generally terrible, when it comes to editing files mobile in repository to searching stuffs, Now I can't comfortably copy/select/delete something in files (using mobile).

The only way I'm doing it now is using "github.dev". I want the old ones, i want option to revert these terrible "features". Thanks GitHub.

Searching for a filename with a specific extension? not anymore! it worked in the older version but hasn't worked since this new release.

Actually, you can use the much more powerful path: qualifier to search for a file extension, e.g. path:*.txt

Oh perfect thank you! strangely when doing from the advanced search with a filename and extension I get invalid regex but this works exactly as I need.
