Fix Little bug on App-citizen

Hi guys,
1)You must create a sign-in/sign-up page and don't redirect directly to register page
2) Implement ngx-translate library for the translation.
3) add a field on "salir de casa" where there is a geolocation field for tracking the citizens start points. (it's useless without it)

1. ? in the app?
2. ngx-translate is not the standard proposed by angular, we use the one out of the box.
3. the app works with bluetooth by default, no geolocation. Not sure what you mean?
