Load the whole questionnaire (instead of load question by question)

Because the questionnaire is compound by just a few questions, a loadAll at the very beginning to load all questions could be better rather than question by question.

Otherwise the server could take longer than the page transition to respond with the next question, resulting in a white page during a few seconds, which is a weird effect.
