quickfix: incremental search/replace (substitution)

Problem

Incremental searching is amazing for a single file. However, when I want to substitute across all files in my quickfix list (e.g. cfdo %s/foo/bar), I am not given the same incremental search experience.

Expected behavior

Incremental searching should work for the quickfix list.

That would be cool to have. It could potentially replace some search and replace plugins
