Risk Tracker: Risk to YOU and Risk to POD columns: #N/A and #DIV/0 Errors

At approximately 5:40 PM PDT on August 13, 2022, the Risk to YOU and Risk to POD columns in the Activity Log sheet showed a mixture of #N/A and #DIV/0 errors.

Also, the Latest version cell on the Pod Overview sheet showed a tooltip that said "Could not fetch url: https://microcovid.org/tracker/latest_version_number.csv?11".

I am able to download the CSV file by navigating to the address using my web browser but the problem occurred on 3 different computers:

1. ThinkPad running Windows 10 and Firefox
2. Ubuntu LTS Desktop with Firefox
3. Google Sheets mobile application on an Android telephone

Thanks for the report! I wouldn't be surprised if this is related to zeroed out prevalence data from upstream for the area. Here's some context here around the problem, with information on how folks can help to resolve issues like these: #1626

In particular, we could use someone to volunteer to adopt the spreadsheet, as I'm way less familiar with it 😅
