Allow new risk profile/vaccine type of "recovered from covid within 3 months"

Is your feature request related to a situation you're trying to understand with microCOVID? Please describe.
I had a group outing with friends where one of them was tested positive for covid the day after we hung out. He was still negative when we hung out. Of these friends, one of them has recovered from covid recently.

Describe the solution you'd like
It may be useful to offer "recently recovered from covid" as a "vaccine type" for the user or the people around them, or otherwise as one of the risk profiles, and mention that this should override any of the vaccine options (if it does).
