[BUG] Can't scroll left and right when zoomed in. #10

Can't scroll the map in the left or right direction when zoomed in on the map. Reported on Mac, on Chrome browser.

Mac's have some known issues with rendering WebGL things. I'll look into it if we can do something about it.
