Apple Silicon M2 Pro: Greenshot not starting

Describe the bug
Downloaded the App via App-Store and payed 1.99. It si not even starting on my Mac Pro with M2 Pro

To Reproduce
Start Greenshot is not working. App is not starting

Expected behavior
Should start if i click on the greenshot icon in my programs folder.

Screenshots
should be precise enough.

Versions (please complete the following information):
1.2.19
Ventura 13.3

This issue is also being observed on M2 Ultra silicon as well.
Mac Studio - Sonoma 14.2.1
Greenshot 1.2.19 (latest at the time)

The Greenshot icon is showing up in at the top of the screen menu bar. But when you click on the icon - the menu is not being displayed suggesting that Greenshot is out to lunch. Go to the "Force Quit" menu and Greenshot is not showing as a task that can be killed.

I also have a Macbook Air M2 where Greenshot works fine. So there seems to be something specific to the Pro and Ultra versions of the silicon that is causing the issue.
