Bar chart for daily numbers

The --chart flag is nice, but cumulative charts are kind of difficult to read. I think a bar chart for daily infections / deaths / recoveries would be cool to get a quick overview if daily infections are rising or declining.

Hi Ahmad! I created a bar chart feature using blessed-contrib and will be submitting a pull request hopefully later today. This will be my first attempt at open source and am looking forward to getting more involved in the community this summer!
