Add vaccination stats

I fear that this project isn't maintained anymore.. Which would be a shame, cuz imo it's really cool and shows COVID data in a way you don't usually see and thus can be very interesting....
But just in case it becomes active again or if someone else wants to fork and improve it:

I think it'd be cool to see and compare vaccination statistics (and their impact) for different countries. Especially since I wouldn't expect it to grow as exponentially as the virus.
