On 27-04-2020 Lithuania has -6 Weekly Confirmed Cases - this is definitely a mistake.

There’s a couple of graphs that look strange like this:

Vietnam
Mauritius
Taiwan
West Bank & Gaza

But I’m no expert, it may be actual valid data or some problems with the dataset from JHU..
