I’ve been working on the urobiome mixs package.
I’ve noticed several terms that I typically work with are not well represented in the human disease ontology
For example, I have several studies that are investigating different types of urinary incontinence in women. When I search for urinary incontinence, many of the terms in the human disease ontology do not have the standard International Continence Society (ICS) definitions. Specifically, there is “urge incontinence” (SYMP:0000532); however the ICS term is urgency urinary incontinence

Is there a way to get these terms updated?
