It's probably better to specify wich fields are mandatory and wich are optional (it seems only one is optional actually).

if optional is the odd one out, then UX wise it's nicer to signify that (like we currently do) rather than mark all other fields.

We can add an "unless noted all fields are required" remark on top of the form.
