kde neon: Installation doesn't work

It compiles fine but the effect can't be found in the system systems. Tried 27 as well. Same result. However there's a warning which may be relevant:

"SRC:/src/plugin.cc" includes the moc file "plugin.moc", but does not contain a Q_OBJECT, Q_GADGET, Q_NAMESPACE, Q_NAMESPACE_EXPORT, K_PLUGIN_FACTORY, K_PLUGIN_CLASS, K_PLUGIN_FACTORY_WITH_JSON or K_PLUGIN_CLASS_WITH_JSON macro.
I generally do not bother about non working projects but this effect is too cool. Please fix this if possible. Using plasma 5.27.7

Well the effect reappeared in the settings after some reboots. Though it was plasma 5. I don't about plasma 6.
