Running Win11 Pro. Tried both build in Linux and Msys2.

Are you running just the GUI and not the backend? (i.e. playing a note on the keyboard does nothing)
If the GUI is connected, then this would mean the backend can't find any instrument banks which hopefully ought not be the case if the .zip file is generated correctly containing zynaddsubfx/zyn-fusion/instrument-directories/etc
