Opening the discussion since it makes it more convenient to not reuse addresses.

There is an ongoing discussion about this in the Meta repo #28
Please close this issue and contribute in the referenced Meta issue.

Reopened, That discussion in meta was about BIP70, which is very different than BIP47,

BIP47 is specifically geared toward privacy.
