Send: selecting full balance should navigate entry to recipient

General Description

at send, when clicking the full balance in the top right, the dialog loses focus/ the entry is removed. it should select the next entry, like usually

How To Reproduce?

1. Go to Send
2. Click on full balance amount
3. entry is removed

now user has to manually move cursor there and click on recipient

This is not necessarily true. The focus should jump to where is the user's next action. They can click on the amount even before filling in the BTC address.
It's hard to know which one is the next step for the user, and probably wouldn't be worth the complexity.

So the focus should just stay on the amount. They can still navigate back or forward with the keyboard.
