Reset anon score and add label for UTXOs consolidated in replaced transactions

If you spend unconfirmed coinjoin outputs, there is a possibility that your payment is invalidated when the parent coinjoin is replaced.

If you also consolidated confirmed coins in this invalid payment, those coins become linked together from the perspective of anyone viewing and logging the mempool. We should assume adversaries are observing the mempool, so labels should be applied to these coins that were exposed as having a common owner.
