Transaction still pending and unable to logout

Hello,
I have read through the other posts but I do not think mine is the same as these other pending requests.
I cannot log out of Wasabi and the only thing for me to do is "X" out, but when I open Wasabi is remains the same window as before. No log in required. No syncing. No refresh.
I have a transaction that has been pending for 4 days. It still says 22 hours and has said that since the initial.
What do I need to do?
How do I refresh?
How do I log out and resync?

To quit the software just uncheck the option "Run Wasabi into background" then quit.
There is no log out function.

Anyway in your case I doubt that the problem is synchronization, it must be the feerate of your transaction that is too low. Copy the txid, go to a block explorer and check. If it's a normal transaction (not coinjoin etc...) you can right click on the transaction and bump the fee.

Is there any type of status that I can check to see if anything is happening with it at all?

Mempool.space can be used to check the effective fee rate of the coinjoin so you can compare it to the other current bids waiting in the mempool. You can use Tor browser for additional privacy when doing this search.
