how can I get my unconfirmed balance confirmed it's a small amount but I do not want it delaying my future transactions ?

You can speed up your transaction if it is not using coins from an unconfirmed coinjoin.
The speedup transaction feature is available only on the latest release (v2.0.4), which you can get from https://wasabiwallet.io/#download

I did use the speed up option it never worked it always starts showing 20 min but never getting there so I guess the problem is that I have unconfirmed coins so I just wanna know how to get them confirmed if possible, or should I add more coins and conjoin so I can have a full confirmed balance ; cause asI said now my balance not my transaction says unconfirmed

The transactions that pay higher fees get confirmed first, this is how bitcoin works.
To get your transaction confirmed you need to keep speeding it up because the fees keep raising because the mempool keeps growing with transactions paying higher fees than yours. You can check that here: https://mempool.space/
You don't need to add any coins or coinjoin, I would suggest you to simply wait if you are not in a hurry.
