I can't add my Ledger Nano S Plus

Hello,

I would like to add my Ledger Nano S Plus as a wallet, but it does not work. I have downloaded the bitcoin app on my ledger, and it has the last version.

I went to Wasabi wallet ( version just before the 2.0.4 one ), and chose "Add hardware wallet". I connected my Wallet and entered the password. But it did not worked on the Wasabi side. I tried several times, unpluging my ledger and plugin it back, but it still does not work. I have the error message : "Something happenned with your device, unlock it with your PIN or reconnect it".

Can you please help me ?

( version just before the 2.0.4 one )

The latest version 2.0.4 contains a HWI (used for communication with your hardware wallet) update.
Maybe try updating, but I'm not sure if it fixes it.

You have the Bitcoin app open on the ledger when clicking connect on Wasabi, right?
Are you using the original Ledger cable?
Any chance you are using Linux operating system? Then you'd need u-dev rules, but I think then it would not even find your device.

Could you check if there is additional info in the logs and if so, please share relevant part.

Hi,
Sorry for my late answer. I have tried to install the 2.0.4 version but the installation did not work. When I openned it, I got the message "Wasabi wallet does not respond" ( I am on Windows ). So I got back to the previous version and tried again.
Yes I have the bitcoin app open
Yes I think it's the original cable
No I use Windows

I have just tried again, I now get the message "Connect the hardware wallet to the PC / enter pin the the device", whereas the wallet is already connected and the pin has already been entered. I tried several times, clicked on "rescan", but it's the same issue.

As I have mentioned here #11998 (comment) try using the latest version 2.0.4.1, and download it only from https://wasabiwallet.io/.

I don't find such logs on the logs file, but the good news is that the issue is solved now ! I have tried with another cable and in another USB port and it worked ! Thank you so much for your help !
