I sent bitcoin to my wallet in binance and more than 3 hours gone . Not delivered until now

I'm not familiar with Binance myself but I think they only accept coins after a confirmation, so I think this is because the transaction is not yet confirmed.
Can you confirm the transaction in the history table is still shown as pending?

It's how bitcoin works, only a certain amount of transaction can get confirmed. Where the highest fee rate paying ones often go first. As you can see here https://mempool.space/
