Ledger nano S not recognized by Wasabi wallet

Hi

When I try to connect my (new) Ledger Nano S to my wasabi wallet, it does not pop up when scanning for a hardware wallet.
I am using a 2020 MacBook Air M1, so I have no USB connectors. I always have to use a connector. Could that be the problem or any other thoughts?

Yes maybe that could be a problem, but did you make sure that the Bitcoin app is running on the wallet before trying to use it with Wasabi?

Have you tried to use your ledger with another bitcoin Wallet?
Is the ledger on the latest firmware?

Yes, bitcoin app was running when connecting. No succes.
Firmware is up to date.
I have only tried with wasabi and ledger live

If it doesn't work with Ledger Live then Wasabi won't use it either.

When first connecting it to ledger live or something else, I always use the cable that the ledger came with. Each time I setup or restore a ledger, my regular cell phone cables do not work; they must be charging only. I'm assuming that you are using a usb-c to usb-a hub or adapter.
