As a developer, I want to be able to confirm that the sent data is not manipulated and also to decide if secrets get sent.

Acceptance Criteria

Flag to configure that secrets get sent
Flag is documented in example
Sign calls to actions for call verification (analog to https://stripe.com/docs/webhooks#verify-manually)
Example for usage of signed call in target implementation
SDK in language to use in target implementation (similar to zitadel-go)
