Version: 4.4.0
Module: quill-cassandra-monix
Database: casssandra

   val queryToRun = quote {
      query[MY_TABLE]
    }

    val observable = ctx.stream(queryToRun, 10000)

The above code still fetches max 5000 records. I would expect it to fetch the designated amount of fetchSize (10000)
