Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes, the problem is that the break time in the application starts automatically. This automatic start may not always align with the user's workflow or preference.

Describe the solution you’d like
I would like a feature that allows users to choose whether the break time should auto-start or not. This feature could be implemented as a toggle switch in the settings menu. Similar to the already existing "Auto Start Work Time"

Describe alternatives you’ve considered
An alternative could be to prompt the user when the break time is about to start, giving them the option to delay it. However, this might disrupt the user’s workflow, so the preferred solution is to allow the user to control the auto-start feature.

Additional context
This feature request was already submitted here. However, I am submitting it separately to focus the discussion and more easily track the potential implementation. This feature would provide users with greater flexibility and control over their break times, allowing them to better align the application’s functionality with their personal work habits and preferences.
