How to download the full dataset?

Please allows me to ask, the dataset in the membrance folder, Is that a full dataset?

I tried also to register on the host-website ( http://brainiac2.mit.edu/isbi_challenge/) but don't have any rely on me.
Even, I received the information, as following ( but my email box do not have anything, I also checked in the spam folder):

Please help me with how to download it or contact with host-challenger of the ISBI challenge ( because I did not find the author's adress?
