Adjust gap between tiled windows

Request:

• I would like to be able to adjust the gap between tiled windows (the solution at Ability to adjust the gaps between windows? #103 does not work for me --- nothing happens when I press Meta+T)

Solution:

• Add an option to adjust the gap in the Polonium configuration panel.

Alternative:

• Document how to adjust the gap if it is already possible.

you need to set 'toggle tile editor' to a shortcut in the settings then press that to get tiles editor
then follow the steps shown
