No longer works as a whole

I suspect that this may be known, and accepted, but this project no longer functions.

In particular, the portainer/portainer project has shut down, and is only accessible from portainer/portainer-ce for versions greater than 2.

Attemping to adjust for that several other services were stuck in cycles, and generally failing to get going. It appears that most of the referenced projects are (understandably given when this project was last updated) out of date.

I am primarily adding this issue because this project is referenced on the laradock homepage, and might still attract the occasional interested party, like myself.

I'll likely be seeking a similar more recent project to try out instead.
