Hi,

as there are unpublished caterories, it would be a nice improvement to have unpublished tags.

it allows admin to use specific tags to create dynamic albums, and it not allows visitors to do search on these tags and these tags to not appear in tag cloud.

of course, dynamic albums have to works even if the keywords are unpublished tags.

You actually want "private tags". We'll put this on the "consideration" list.
